I provide personalized coaching to individuals and teams, according to your specific needs. I have much experience working with a great variety of professionals including managers, entrepreneurs, teachers and trainers, professors, administrators, and staff from entry positions to CEO level. I have also worked with individuals at all stages of their careers from searching for employment to starting or managing their own company.

I have many years of experience as a Motivational Speaker, and can serve as a moderator, facilitator, keynote speaker, or closing speaker for a variety of events, from large to small. I am known for my interactive style, setting the tone to engage and inspire from the very first moment. I pride myself as a speaker on creating a uniquely dynamic and energizing experience for all participants.

I help teams establish trust and cohesiveness, in order to work together most effectively. Because each workplace can experience different challenges, I focus on different areas of development depending on team needs and function.
